D15- Liquefied Gas Tanker Programme


Note: The course was conducted in accordance with the requirements of regulation V / 1-2, section 2.2. and Part A-V / 1, sections 22 to 34 of the STCW Code and is based on IMO Model 1.06 guidelines. 

This course provides advanced level training for commanders, engineers, first deck officers, other engine officers and all other persons on liquefied gas tankers who are directly in charge of boarding or disembarking or are responsible for freight handling and handling.

After a successful course, all the participants will understand the operation of the liquefied gas tanker and will have an insight into how to take the necessary precautions to prevent possible danger.

Course requirements:  

  • Personal identity card or passport 
  • 1 personal image 
  • 3 months of certified navigation on tankers for liquefied gases 
  • Certificate for basic training for tanker operation (or basic training for liquefied gas tankers) 
  • Reneview stamps
  • Course payment
  • Exam payment

After successfully completing the course and exam in Port Authority, candidates will receive a certificate of qualification for work on liquefied gas ships issued by the Ministry of the Sea, Transport and Infrastructure of the Republic of Croatia.
